Ingredients for Prunes stuffed with walnuts and garlic
- Prunes - 400 g
- Walnuts - 150 g
- Lemon juice - 1 piece
- Garlic - 3 tooth.
- Powdered sugar - 2 tbsp
- Mayonnaise - 5 tbsp

Prunes (I have soft and without bones) cut into thin strips.
Nuts grind. I am an ordinary rolling pin in the package "roll". The nuts should be large pieces, but not dust.
Garlic crush in the "garlic press" add mayonnaise, icing sugar and lemon juice. Mix everything and try. If Your taste is not sweet or sour enough, add more powder or lemon.
Too much garlic will score the rest of the flavors, and absolutely no garlic in the salad will lose its "flavor".
