- Eggplant - 6 PCs
- Mushrooms - 150 g
- Potatoes - 5 PCs
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Onion - 2 PCs
- Pepper - 2 PCs
- Cheese sausage - 200 g
- Vegetable oil
Step by step instruction of cooking Thick soup with eggplant
First things first, clean and chop our vegetables.
Because I took the dried mushrooms, I was boiled.
Fry the onion and eggplant.
When the aubergines are ready add a couple of cloves of garlic.
In 3-liter saucepan, boil the potatoes, carrots and bell pepper.
