Layered salad with shrimp

To prepare this salad very simple! A combination of rice, shrimp and avocado, makes it look like sushi.
Ingredients for Layered salad with shrimp
- Rice brown - 100 g
- Vinegar - 2 tbsp
- Shrimp - 400 g
- Cucumber - 1 piece
- Avocado - 1 piece
- Soy sauce - 4 tbsp
- Lemon juice - 2 tbsp
- Mayonnaise - 2 tbsp
- Sesame - 2 tsp.
- Green onions - 1 piece
Step by step instruction of cooking Layered salad with shrimp
Prepare the ingredients. Shrimp boil, cool and slice. Cucumber cut into cubes. Cook rice, add rice vinegar, mix and cool. Green onions finely chop.
Avocado peel, remove the seeds, put in a small bowl, sprinkle with lemon juice and mash with a fork into a puree.
In the form put layers (I layers going from the bottom up as a form with no bottom) rice, shrimp, soy sauce, mashed avocado, cucumber. Remove the salad from the mold. Drip a bit of mayonnaise (optional), pour soy sauce, sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions.
