This soup was cooking for my daughters. One does not like vegetables, and the second is oatmeal. In the end, both asked for seconds! Try it!

- Oat flakes - 100 g
- Carrots - 1 piece

- Pepper - 2 PCs
- Potatoes - 1 piece
- Chicken egg - 1 piece
- Flour - 3 tbsp.
- Olive oil - 3 tbsp.
- Garlic - 2 the tooth.
- Dutch cheese - 100 g

Step by step instruction of cooking Oats-vegetable soup with cheese balls

Prepare the products.

Chop the vegetables.

In olive oil fry the onion, garlic, carrot and sweet pepper.

Put the saucepan on the fire. Spread vegetable mix in a saucepan. Add the potatoes. Pour 1,5 l of warm water. Salt. Bring to a boil and add cereal. Cook until cooked.

In a Cup put grated on a fine grater cheese, egg, chopped parsley, salt. Add flour. Mix well. From the cheese mass make small balls.

Buriram finished soup with a blender.
Add cheese balls. Bring to a boil and remove from heat.
