Step by step instruction of cooking Spicy beans with ground beef

Soaked the beans overnight, boil, drain the broth (I did not time the preparation time for soaking and cooking of beans), you can use canned beans.

Fry the meat, while thoroughly breaking the meat lumps, set aside.

In a deep frying pan or Tolstoganova pan fry the finely chopped onion and garlic, add diced sweet pepper and chili pepper, fry for 5 minutes.
