Fish (carp), I took clean. Cut into steaks, pickle (seasoning, juice from half a lemon and a small amount of sour cream). Greens finely chop.

While our fish is marinating, remove the lemon zest and finely chop it.

Then coarsely cut onion, spread on bottom of baking tray with foil (I had it pickled, but it is to your taste). Cut the pulp of one lemon into small pieces, pre-clearing it from the white rind, not to bitter, and spread half of the onion, salt, pepper.

Next, spread a small amount of our greens, lemon zest and lubricated by a layer of sour cream.

Then we put our marinated steaks (I think it might be nice if they pre-fry, but I decided to do without frying) and pour the remaining greens, lemon zest, lemon slices on top and distribute the mixture between the steaks with the sour cream thoroughly, pour the remaining half lemon, salt, pepper to taste, cover with foil and in preheated oven at medium heat.
