Amazing cupcake, which there is not an ounce of flour. Incredibly tender, very crisp, with bright nutty flavor... Can be a long list of his dignity, but very, very difficult, almost impossible to guess what he baked.

To prepare the products. The oil you need in advance remove from the refrigerator.
Soak the beans and leave overnight, then drain the water (this is mandatory!), beans rinse thoroughly under running water, cover with fresh cold water and boil until ready (preferably before cooking). The broth is drained, leaving half a Cup.
The cooled beans pass through a sieve. Nuts fry in a dry pan or in the microwave and clean from the husk. Then slightly crush on Board with rolling pin to get not too small pieces.

Egg whites whipped in a solid foam. Add to the dough 1/3 protein and mix thoroughly until smooth. Then add the remaining whites and gently mix to the mixture.
Grease and sprinkle flour a round cake pan.
Put into it the dough and put in preheated to 220*C oven for about 50 minutes.
My cupcake was baked for 1 hour. But, somewhere in the middle of baking, I slightly lowered the temperature.
