Just specify that for this recipe it is more convenient to use instant gelatin. I used conventional.

So 7 g gelatin pour 3 tablespoons of boiling water and leave to swell for 40-60 minutes.

Meanwhile, carrots grate on a fine grater.

Spinach pour hot water, add 1 tbsp sugar and saute 5 minutes.
