All who try it, you'll never guess what it's cooked!
Ingredients for Marmalade "Sea glass"
- Carrots - 70 g
- Beets - 70 g
- Spinach - 80 g
- Gelatin - 21 g

Step by step instruction of cooking Marmalade "Sea glass"

Just specify that for this recipe it is more convenient to use instant gelatin. I used conventional.
So 7 g gelatin pour 3 tablespoons of boiling water and leave to swell for 40-60 minutes.

Meanwhile, carrots grate on a fine grater.

Fill the form beet puree for another 1/3. Again put into the refrigerator for 20 minutes.

Spinach pour hot water, add 1 tbsp sugar and saute 5 minutes.
