Step by step instruction of cooking Creamy bars with sesame seeds
Knead the dough:option 1.- by hand-sieve the flour into a bowl, stir in yeast and salt. Pour a little warmed cream into the flour, begin to knead the dough.
Add the butter, knead elastic dough, cover and leave in the warmth for " approach". It is possible to use the oven, setting the temperature of 50-70 deg. After increasing in volume punch down and knead again, cover and let it rise.
Option 2-bread. Pour in the cream, add polurethane oil and salt. Sieve the flour and add the yeast. Sets the dough and cook coffee... 😉
The dough turns out very lush, oily, hands, not glued.
Divide it into 3-4 parts.
Roll out each part into an oval collapsible tube.
The flour can not put, a habit I poured.
Bars lubricating oil (melted butter), sprinkle with sesame seeds and make knife cuts. Set in oven at 70 for 20-30 minutes, and then increase the temperature to 180 and bake ("bottom-up") for another 25-30 minutes.
