Sorbet "Like Apple"

Despite the fact that it is winter, sometimes you want to treat yourself to a light, cool dessert. I suggest you to prepare sorbet with a citrus aroma and a pleasant acidity, and as the main ingredient will perform... ZUCCHINI! After trying this dessert, guests will never guess what it's cooked!
Ingredients for Sorbet "Like Apple"
- Zucchini - 200 g
- Lemon - 1 piece
- Brown sugar - 2 tbsp

Step by step instruction of cooking Sorbet "Like Apple"

Lemon wash and dry. To remove the zest (a few strips to leave for filing).

Sliced zucchini placed in a pot. I used the already sliced frozen zucchini homemade stock.
If using fresh, then it must be pre-peel and seeds and finely chop.
Add to the pan the lemon zest and cane sugar.

Also add the zucchini 1 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice. Put the saucepan on a medium heat and simmer until tender zucchini (about 15-20 minutes).
If all the moisture in the process of extinguishing evaporated, add a little water.

Then everything is extremely simple: zucchini, chop immersion blender and add 1 tbsp of lemon juice. Again stir the mixture with a blender.
Be sure to try the ground, if necessary, add more sugar.

Squash puree put in bowl, cover with cling film and send in the freezer for 3 hours.
Every hour need to get sorbet and mixed thoroughly so as not to form ice crystals.
