Ingredients for Kalakand
- Paneer - 250 g
- Condensed milk - 200 ml
- Milk - 1 tbsp
- Cardamom - 2 depot.
- Pistachios - 5 PCs

Step by step instruction of cooking Kalakand

Pulverize the cheese in blender, or fork

In a bowl place the cheese, powdered milk ( can be without it, but it adds a richness to the sweetness), cardamom and condensed milk. Mix thoroughly

In a frying pan (not nonstick) put the mixture and stir on low heat for about 5 minutes, until the mixture becomes slightly stick to the bottom

Form to lay a parchment, grease with butter, and move the mixture. Sprinkle with nuts.
Allow to cool.
Put in the refrigerator until hardens. Sweets should be crumbly when you bite)
