Step by step instruction of cooking Salad "Victoria"

Mustard seeds fry in the oil until gray.

Assemble the salad: 1 layer of cabbage,layer 2-herring,3 layer-onion (roughly chopped),4 layer-carrots,5 layer-cheese.
