Step by step instruction of cooking Hake in green garlic sauce
Steak or hake fillets dry with paper towels, lightly salt and season with spices.
Finely chop the parsley ( work 3-4 tablespoons) and finely chop the garlic.
In a pan heat olive oil, add the garlic and fry it for a couple of minutes on medium heat, then add the parsley. A bit of fry all together
Then place the fish so that the pieces do not touch each other.
Fry the fish for 10-12 minutes, then gently turn and fry other side the same.
It turns out incredibly fragrant and tasty dish, it goes well with boiled potatoes...
