Ingredients for Cake "Easy"
- Sugar - 0,5 stack.
- Cocoa powder - 1 tsp.
- Flour - 0,5 stack.
- Sour cream - 1 l
- Gelatin - 3 tbsp.
- Water - 1 Cup.
- Syrup fruit - 1 Cup.
Step by step instruction of cooking Cake "Easy"
From products for the cake knead thick dough and bake the cake in the form of detachable. Without removing the cake from the form, cool. While cools, prepare the second layer.
Gelatin soak in water, let stand a little heat to dissolve, but not boil.
A little sour cream whipped with sugar, so the sugar is dissolved, add raisins or nuts (I added neither), pour slightly cooled gelatin and mix well. The whole mass pour on the cake and refrigerate until firm (about an hour).
While hardening the first layer, cook the jelly. The soaked gelatine to dissolve, add to juice. Or prepare a jelly from the semifinished product according to the instructions on the package, but add the water a little less than required.
The frozen cream layer spread fruit or berries (in my case, cranberry) and gently pour the jelly.
Put in the refrigerator until fully cured. Before you remove the cake from the mould, slide a knife around the sides - it will easily separate.
Before serving, you can decorate whipped cream, but without the decoration of the cake looks good.
