- Dark chocolate - 250 g
- Cream - 120 g
- Lemon - 1 piece
- Honey - 1 tbsp
- Dark chocolate

Step by step instruction of cooking Chocolate ganache with lemon

Cream bring to a boil and remove from heat. Add the zest of 1/2 lemon (SLICED) and allow to stand, covered for 10-15 minutes. The present cream of the strain and again bring to boil. (but do not boil)
