- Water - 100 ml
- Salt - 7 g
- Sugar - 30 g
- Flour - 600 g
- Yeast - 7 g
- Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp.

Step by step instruction of cooking Lush rice bread for Breakfast

Ready rice milk porridge blend in a blender
If no ready-made cereal in 200 ml milk boil 1 tbsp of rice about 30 minutes, cool to room temperature and use in the recipe

Sift the flour into a large bowl, stir in the yeast SAF-moment, stir them into the flour

Add salt and sugar, pour in the water

Now add the crushed cereal and butter, start kneading the dough

The batter should be a little sticky and not cool. Now cover it with foil and leave in the fridge overnight ( 12 to 18 hours).
At such slow fermentation bread, in my opinion, tastes better

In the morning ebonite the dough on a flour podpylennom table, shape into loaf and place in a form. Leave to rise for 1 hour.

Bake the bread in the oven at a temperature of 160-170 degrees. I baked for about 40 minutes.
