Step by step instruction of cooking Flower pepper garnish

Around pepper shallow notches cut into strips with a width of about 1 cm. Cut these strips (from the top), cutting off a thin layer of the skin bell peppers. Then cut off the top part of the pepper. Cut the remaining body of the pepper on the same strip (see photo).

Cut the cucumber with the skin in the form of petals with a thickness of 0.5 cm (see photo)

Fine little knife cut out the pattern as seen in the photo cutting off just the green part of the skin. Ready to drop the petals in cool water for 5-10 minutes. After that, the transparency and clarity of the cut out pattern on the petal would be better.

The finished flower and the petals are immersed in cool water for 5-10 minutes. Make a flower just before serving hot meat dishes.
