Beef stew with prunes

Oddly enough, I found this recipe on the website. And it's a lifesaver when there is no time to stand at the stove. A simple, everyday recipe that was shared with me by my mother.
Ingredients for Beef stew with prunes
- Beef - 500 g
- Onion - 2 PCs
- Margarine - 150 g
- Prunes - 10 PCs
- Water - 250 ml
- Black pepper - 5 PCs
- Bay leaf - 1 piece
Step by step instruction of cooking Beef stew with prunes
Beef cut into slices 2 by 2 cm (I have a photo of the pieces are not very large, but in the original recipe the pieces need to be big).
Add margarine and add to the saucepan.
Bring to boil and add water. The fire lower and simmer for about 30 minutes.
Two large onions cut into half rings or less. Luke should be a lot of them the meat will not spoil.
Put in a saucepan, mix well. At this stage you can add salt to taste and add pepper and Bay leaf. Cook for another 30 minutes.
Wash the prunes and add to beef. You can put out depending on the stiffness of the meat for 30-60 minutes.
Serve with any side dish, but they taste best with buckwheat. Bon appetit!
