- Sour cream - 2 tsp.
- Onion - 1 piece
- Salt - 2 tbsp
- Spices - 2 depot.
- Mustard - 2 tsp.

Step by step instruction of cooking Veal in puff pastry
Fry porezany onion, finely chop the mushrooms and add to the onions, fry, add salt and smetana. Simmer for 10 minutes.
To prepare the meat, I have veal fillet, wash, cut off the tape, RUB it with salt and spices (I have a special spice for beef)
Brown the meat on all sides in vegetable oil
Roll out the dough, put the mushrooms, sprinkle with cheese
Spread the meat with mustard
Spread meat on dough and wrap as a roll, blurring the edges with egg. Grease with egg and to make cuts to come out steam.
Send in the oven, 200 degrees for 15 minutes, then fasten to 160 and leave it for 20 minutes. My dough is not browned, so I left for 5 minutes under the grill.
