If cooking with sour dough:

Oil grate on a coarse grater, mix with sour cream and salt, add the flour and knead the dough, divide into 2 parts, roll into balls, wrap with plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 4 hours, preferably for a day.

Filling for many:

Place the liver, onions and carrots in a saucepan with heated oil.
Fry until Golden brown, add 200 ml of water, cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
Remove the cover and give the evaporated liquid.
Remove from heat and allow to cool, season with salt and pepper, grind in a blender or grinder.
