Elegant, delicious pie with a fragrant cherry. These yeast cakes with latticed prepared for the holidays during my childhood. Today I remember with pleasure the time and treat your favorite friends, looking for a Cup of tea.
Ingredients for Cake with jelly cherries
- Flour - 450 g
- Yeast - 1 tsp.
- Serum - 130 ml
- Yogurt - 70 g
- Sugar - 40 g
- Vanilla sugar - 10 g
- Chicken egg - 2 PCs
- Vegetable oil - 50 g
- Cherry - 500 g
- Sugar - 100 g
- Potato starch - 50 g

Products for the dough.
In the serum (100 ml.) add yogurt, sugar, vanilla sugar, salt (a pinch). Mix a little warm in the microwave, pour in bucket of bread machine, add vegetable oil and stir the egg (leave 1/3 of the yolk for brushing top of pie)
Mix the flour with yeast, add to the bucket. The bread maker turn on in the mode of "homemade dough".
While bread prepares the dough, prepare the cherry filling.
Frozen cherries are a bit boil in the microwave (100% = 3 minutes). Put the cherries in a sieve, that would stack the extra juice. The cherries (without juice) into a bowl, add sugar and starch, stir.
At the end of the regime of the bread machine, turned out soft, airy, elastic dough. The finished dough divide into three parts. Bake the pie in a preheated oven 180-degrees for 45 minutes.
