Pancakes with spicy kebab

One of my favorite combinations beef with guacamole sauce. And the pancakes even tastier! The sharpness of the kebabs vary according to your taste, but I advise you not to feel sorry for Chile. Delicate guacamole will balance out the spiciness of the kebabs.
Ingredients for Pancakes with spicy kebab
- Flour - 4 tbsp
- Chicken egg - 1 piece
- Milk - 200 ml
- Soda - 1 tsp.
- Water - 100 ml
- Avocado - 1 piece
- Red onion - 1/3 PCs
- Tomato - 1/2 PCs
- Parsley - 1/3 Puig.
- Lime - 1/2 PCs
- Minced meat - 250 g
- Chili - 1/2 PCs
- Red onion - 1/2 PCs
- Parsley - 1/2 Puig.
- Salt - 1 piece
- Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp
Step by step instruction of cooking Pancakes with spicy kebab
In a bowl break the egg, add salt and whisk
Sift flour in bowl
Pour the milk and knead the dough
Add 1 tbsp vegetable oil
Prepare all the ingredients for guacamole. Avocado peel and pummel with a fork. Onion and parsley finely chop. Tomatoes peel and seeds and too we shall cut small cubes.
Mix the guacamole, season with salt and sprinkle with lime juice.
Prepare the kebabs. Forcemeat mix with finely chopped parsley, onion and Chile. Salt, pepper to taste and how to knead.
Shape the kebabs and fry on the grill pan with oil.
On half of the pancake spread guacamole, distributed evenly. Then put the kebabs and rolled in a pancake roll.
Pancakes served with lime, sprinkled finely chopped Chile.
