Very delicate, sweet and fragrant pie dough with the addition of juicy cherries and a layer of white chocolate. It is incredibly delicious! Come on in, help yourself!
Ingredients for Pie with cherries and white chocolate
- Sugar - 240 g
- Yolk egg - 6 PCs
- Flour - 600 g
- Butter - 250 g
- Salt - 1/2 tsp.
- Lemon peel
- Water - 4 tbsp

Step by step instruction of cooking Pie with cherries and white chocolate

Mix 600 grams of flour, butter and salt in a food processor or chop with a knife, and then grind by hand.

Beat the yolks with sugar in a lush light weight, add zest.

Gradually add the yolk mass to flour mixture and knead a soft dough. It took me another 2 tablespoons of cold water.
Divided into 2 parts :large and a smaller.
In the smaller portion add 2 tbsp cold water and 1 tbsp flour and knead well. Wrap both balls of dough in cling film and put into the refrigerator for an hour.

In an hour the greater part of the dough, remove from refrigerator and spread on the form, forming a side. The dough is repeatedly prick with a fork.
Put in a preheated 190 C oven and bake for 10 minutes.
To get and cool.

Chocolate melt in a water bath or in the microwave.
Lubricate the base with melted chocolate and put in refrigerator for 5-7 minutes.

The cherries are spread evenly on the chocolate, sprinkle with sugar.
I used frozen cherries.
Instead of cherries you can use raspberries.

The smaller piece of dough roll into a layer about 2 mm thick, not too thin. Cut into strips with a thickness of 1 cm.
To spiral and lay on top of the cherries, starting from the center.
The strips fasten together with water.
