Appetizer of liver and cheese in a walnut crumb. Very tasty and spicy.
Ingredients for Liver-cheese balls
- The goose liver - 3 PCs
- Cheese - 50 g
- Garlic - 2 the tooth.
- Chicken egg - 2 PCs
- Walnuts - 1.5 tbsp
- Mayonnaise - 2 tbsp
- Salt
- Green onions

Step by step instruction of cooking Liver-cheese balls

Grate cheese on a fine grater. Add half of grated garlic and a little mayonnaise (or sour cream). Mix well.

Boiled liver mince. The liver is unable to take any, not necessarily goose.

To the liver add the grated egg, mix well.

Add the remaining garlic, mayonnaise (sour cream) and salt to taste. Mix well.
