Ingredients for Bread with lard
- Flour - 550 g
- Rye flour - 100 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Serum - 300 ml
- Fat - 190 g
- Saffron - 1 tsp.
- Peppers red hot chilli - 1 lomt.
- Olive oil - 50 ml
- Brown sugar - 2 tbsp
- Salt - 1 tbsp
- Yeast - 1 package.

Step by step instruction of cooking Bread with lard

Cut the bacon in small dice.
In the photo the fat with the garlic, but I just wanted to show the size of the pieces. The garlic bread was not added!

Finely chop the onion.
Little and cut a small piece of red hot pepper. The bread will have a distinctively spicy taste, and will become barely noticeable slight kick.
