Hi all. Today I want to share with You one of the pasta recipes "Carbonara".
Ingredients for Pasta Carbonara
- Pasta - 150 g
- Bacon - 100 g
- Onion - 60 g
- Garlic - 2 the tooth.
- Basil - 2 g
- Cream - 250 ml
- Chicken egg - 2 PCs
- Salt - 4 g
- Cheese - 50 g
- Vegetable oil - 50 ml
- Olive oil - 20 ml
- Thyme - 1 g
- Dry white wine - 30 ml
Step by step instruction of cooking Pasta Carbonara
The water is boiling, add the vegetable oil and potseluem.
Throws the pasta, stir.
While tagliatelle are cooked, pour in the pan with olive oil and put chopped onion.
Add the thyme.
Put the lightly crushed garlic and do not forget to stir the pasta.
Add the bacon and continue to fry. The drained tagliatelle in a colander but do not rinse. The pasta should be slightly underdone.
I cooked 8 minutes.
Add the wine and evaporate.
Remove the garlic.
Pour cream and cook until it thickens.
Add the tagliatelle and continue to cook for 1 more minute.
