Wonderful custard pancakes on kefir with white chocolate sauce. You are welcome!
Ingredients for Pancakes "Vologda lace" with sauce
- Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp
- Flour - 150 g
- Chicken egg - 1 piece
- Yogurt - 1 Cup.
- Sugar - 1 tbsp
- Chocolate milk - 100 g
- Cream - 40 ml
- Yogurt - 60 ml
- Vegetable oil

Step by step instruction of cooking Pancakes "Vologda lace" with sauce
All the ingredients preferably to room temperature
1 Cup of yogurt slightly warm in the microwave. In a Cup mix yogurt, egg, sugar, salt, flour, stir well to avoid lumps.
In 0.5 cups of hot boiling water add baking soda and immediately pour in the batter, stir until smooth.
In the dough add 1-2 tbsp vegetable oil TM Oleyna, to achieve the desired consistency, let the dough 5 minutes to relax. Bake pancakes on a well heated pan. I hot pan, always grease with piece of bacon.
The pancakes turn out tender, perforated.
For the sauce pancakes white chocolate breaking into pieces.
In a saucepan heat the cream, remove from heat, add chocolate and stir. Cream prescription are recommended to take 33%, but I was making 20%.
Pour the natural yoghurt and mix with chocolate.
