Ingredients for Chicken souffle with sorrel
- Minced chicken - 300 g
- Sorrel - 100 g
- Garnet - 1 Gorst.
- Cheese - 100 g
- Chicken egg - 1 piece
- Salt - 1 depot.
- Mustard - 1 tsp.
- Sour cream - 1 tbsp
- Pancake - 6 PCs
- Vegetable oil
Step by step instruction of cooking Chicken souffle with sorrel
Necessary for the souffle ingredients. I have my own frozen sorrel and minced chicken breast, minced with onion and carrots.
Mix all ingredients for souffle and beat with a blender.
Add the pomegranate seeds (to defer a small handful for decoration) and mix.
Bake thin pancakes on your favorite recipe. I used a classic butter "they" added a couple of tablespoons in the dough and the pan greased only for the first pancake.
Prepare muffin tin and "build" their pancakes. Fill with a mixture for a souffle. It is watery, do not hesitate and do not add flour, all will be well.
Sprinkle with grated cheese. Send in the preheated oven for 40 minutes.
Serve warm, garnished with herbs and pomegranate seeds.
