- Leavening agent - 1 tsp.
- Milk - 150 ml
- Salt - 0.5 tsp.
- Pear - 2 PCs
- Honey - 3 tbsp.
- Ricotta - 4 tbsp
- Powdered sugar - to taste

Step by step instruction of cooking Lemon pancakes with pears

The amount of sugar I decided to reduce from 200 g to 150 g.
