Ingredients for Meatballs in sour cream sauce
- Pork - 0.5 kg
- Beef - 0.5 kg
- Oat flakes - 1 Cup.
- Black pepper
- Chicken egg - 2 PCs
- Sunflower oil
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 piece
- Sour cream - 10 tbsp
- Water - 1 l
- Flour - 2 tbsp
- Bread crumbs
Step by step instruction of cooking Meatballs in sour cream sauce
Mince meat and onion. Pour a small Cup of oatmeal Cup of boiling water and cover. When the flakes will take in all the water, knead the minced meat, onion flakes, eggs, salt and black pepper.
Sent the meat for an hour in the fridge. Then again it mix and form small patties. Coat them in breadcrumbs and fry on both sides.
While frying the cutlets, cut very finely the onion and grate on a fine grater carrots. Pour oil into the cauldron and put onion with the carrots to stew on very low heat. Onions and carrots should barely sizzle. It takes about 30 min.
