Good old gravy in our time has become a rarity, because it is faster and easier to cook just the sauce, but do not take a little more time for this gravy)
Ingredients for Gravy with mushrooms
- Mushrooms - 200 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Water - 400 ml
- A bouillon cube - 1/2 PCs
- Flour - 1.5 tbsp
- Sour cream - 1.5 tbsp
- Spices - 1 tsp.
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp
- Dill - 3 g
- Mushrooms

Step by step instruction of cooking Gravy with mushrooms

Pour 200 ml water in a small saucepan, bring to a boil and dissolve there half a bouillon cube

Mushrooms cut arbitrarily (I personally love large pieces), add to the onions, sprinkle with salt and simmer on slow fire until all moisture is evaporated and mushrooms are browned a little

The remaining 200 ml of water pour into a bowl, add flour, sour cream and salt, whisk
