Cutlets with barley stuffing

Very tasty and tender cutlets. They can be made with filling or without it, in any case, very tasty and satisfying.
Ingredients for Cutlets with barley stuffing
- Pearl barley - 100 g
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 piece
- Garlic - 2 the tooth.
- Salt - 1/2 tsp.
- Black pepper - 1/3 tsp
- Semolina - 3 tbsp.
- Sunflower oil - 4 tbsp
- Cheese - 50 g
- Chicken egg - 1 piece
- Dill - 2 tsp.
- Salt - 1/4 tsp
Step by step instruction of cooking Cutlets with barley stuffing
Groats pearl-barley, boil until tender, as directed on the package.
Carrots and onions clean, wash. Finely chop the onion, carrot grate on a coarse grater. Fry the onions and carrots in sunflower oil until soft.
For the filling: cheese to grate, add finely chopped egg and dill, salt.
Pearl barley blend with roasted vegetables, finely chopped garlic and grind in a blender.
Divide cereal mass into pieces. One to make burgers. Another mass to form small balls. Take a ball, flatten and put in the middle of some of the filling, to form a pulp.
The cutlets, roll in semolina.
Fry the meatballs until Golden brown in sunflower oil on both sides.
To serve burgers to the table warm with vegetables or vegetable salad. Bon appetit!
