The combination of boiled chickpeas, fried eggplant, hot chili pepper and sweet honey dressing and sun-dried sweet dates... it's something.. Can firmly say that this is 100% my salad!!! Those, too, who also likes such combination, then cook without hesitation! Moreover, it is also very useful!

Step by step instruction of cooking Chickpeas with eggplant and tofu

Chickpeas pre-pour cold water overnight, in the morning, rinse, cover with water and simmer for 40-50 min.

While cooking the chickpeas, eggplants, cut into 2 pieces lengthwise and cut into half rings. Fry in sunflower oil "they" until tender.
