I represent to Your attention a pie-turnover with Apple, plums and mint syrup on the Apple test. Very tasty and quick, I recommend ;)
Ingredients for Lean Apple and plum Tatin
- Apple - 2 PCs
- Sugar - 100 g
- Salt - 1 depot.
- Vegetable oil - 80 g
- Flour - 225 g
- Leavening agent - 1 tsp.
- Drain - 300 g
- Mint syrup - 3 tbsp.
- Powdered sugar
Step by step instruction of cooking Lean Apple and plum Tatin
For cooking meatless (and vegan) baking I use butter Oleina. As you can see, we have bottles 2 l buy)) more economical it turns out!
The sink to defrost. One Apple peel, grate, add sugar, salt, vanilla and butter.
Stir, add the flour with the baking powder.
Baking dish brush with oil (for convenience, you can lay a baking paper), pour the mint syrup. Put the halves of plums and slices sliced the second Apple.
From top to spread the dough.
Bake at 200*C for about 35 minutes until it will turn brown.
Flip hot cake onto the prepared dish.
Before serving you can sprinkle with powdered sugar. Tatin serve warm.
