Barley with onions, carrots and mushrooms - a traditional dish of Russian cuisine. For some reason now, barley is most often cooked with mushrooms, but in Russia this time of year, cooked with dry mushrooms. For cooking I chose the technology of risotto. Ingredients for Perlotto, "Russian"
- Pearl barley - 1 Cup.
- Onion - 1 piece
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Mushrooms - 1 Gorst.

- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Water - 1 l
- Chicken fillet - 400 g
- Soy sauce - 3 tbsp.
- Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp
Step by step instruction of cooking Perlotto, "Russian"
Chicken fillet wash, dry, cut into slices, pour soy sauce and leave to marinate.
Dried mushrooms pour boiling water. Allow to cool.
Onion peel, finely chop.
Carrots wash, peel, grate on a coarse grater.
Chilled mushrooms to get out of the water, chop.
In skillet, heat vegetable oil, put the carrots and onions and fry. Add the sliced mushrooms. Cook together for 5 minutes.
To vegetables with mushrooms, add barley. Fry until transparent, stirring grits. Pour in 1 C of boiling water. Cook stirring until the liquid is evaporated. Pour 1 PT. boiling water. Cook while stirring until evaporation. Similarly, repeat until cooked barley
