The lentils boil 10 min.
Onions and carrots fry in vegetable oil.
Add the chopped tomato and pepper. Stew until ready.
Combine with lentils.
Grind in a blender, add baking soda and 1 tbsp flour. Divide the mass in half.
The remaining flour mix with seasoning.
Out of half a lentil-vegetable mass is formed patties and dip them in flour with seasoning.
Fry in vegetable oil with 2 sides.
In chicken do deepen (make a pocket)
