- Sunflower oil - 2 tbsp
- Peppers red hot chilli - 1 piece
- Brine - 3/4 stack.
- Salt - 1 tbsp
- Water - 1.5 l
- Pearl barley

Step by step instruction of cooking Pickle vegetable

The water in a saucepan, bring to a boil and put the pearl barley, which you soak first or just directly put. Cook barley in 15 minutes approximately.
