Spring chimichanga

Chimichanga is a Mexican dish, deep fried burrito. Today I made chimichangas with a large number of greens, ripe tomato, garlic and cheese. Hot crispy tortilla and juicy flavorful filling is an amazing combination.
Ingredients for Spring chimichanga

- Garlic - 1 tooth.
- Dutch cheese - 50 g
- Soy sauce - 2 tbsp
- Vegetable oil
- Ramsons - 1 Puig.

Step by step instruction of cooking Spring chimichanga

Herbs can take any that you like or have available.

Tomato and green chop.

Cheese and garlic RUB on a small grater.

Combine all the ingredients, add soy sauce, mix well.

On the cake put a couple of tablespoons of the filling.

Cover the filling part of the cake, tuck both edges and wrap a tight roll.

In a pan pour oil, I did not deep fry, just filled bottom of pan.
Fry chimichangas on medium-high heat until Golden brown. Spread on a napkin.
Serve hot.
