Ingredients for Cheesecake
- Margarine - 350 g
- Flour - 3 stack.
- Chicken egg - 4 PCs
- Sugar - 1.75 stack.
- Cocoa powder - 2 tbsp
- Water - 2-3 tbsp
- Curd - 1 kg
- Starch - 3 tbsp.
Step by step instruction of cooking Cheesecake
Knead the dough.
For this mix all the dry ingredients, chop the margarine and add the egg, knead the dough; if the dough is krohme, add 2-3 tablespoons of cold water. Divide the dough into 2 bun and sent to moosilauke.
Meanwhile, prepare the filling.
Cheese put in a saucepan, add the sugar, eggs, starch, margarine, vanilla and cook over low heat until thick and cottage cheese mixture so that the spoon stood.
Give mass to cool slightly. Take out the balls and RUB one of them on the bottom of the form. Spread on top of our cottage cheese and, again, grate on a coarse grater frozen second bun. Bake in the oven for approximately 40-50 minutes.
The cheese cake should stand for some time after baking and a good cool down.
