Ingredients for Flavored cupcakes with poppy seeds, kiwi and pear
- Chicken egg - 3 PCs
- Sugar - 5 tbsp
- Cream - 100 ml
- Kiwi - 2 PCs
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp
- Wholegrain wheat flour - 4 tbsp
- Flour - 3 tbsp.
- Corn starch - 2 tbsp
- Leavening agent - 1 tsp.
- Mac - 150 ml
- Pear - 1 piece
Step by step instruction of cooking Flavored cupcakes with poppy seeds, kiwi and pear
Sift twice flour with starch and baking powder. Beat the eggs with the sugar white. Adding a little butter, whisk in the lush foam.
Kiwi to break through the blender to puree, mix with cream and pour slowly into the beaten eggs, continuing to work with the mixer at the low speed.
