Ingredients for Thin pancakes with milk
- Flour - 200 g
- Milk - 300 ml
- Water - 100 ml
- Sugar - 2 tbsp
- Salt - 1/8 tsp.
- Chicken egg - 4 PCs
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp
- Butter - 50 g
Step by step instruction of cooking Thin pancakes with milk
Separate the yolks from the whites.
Add to the yolks the milk, water, sugar, salt.
Add the sifted flour.
Mix well the dough, to avoid lumps.
In a separate bowl, beat whites until soft peaks form.
Add the whipped whites to the dough and again mix well.
Add to the dough vegetable oil.
Fry in a pan, and do not forget to lubricate each pancake with butter.
