Juicy cutlets made with minced meat mixed with herbs and vegetables. Sure to appeal to children but adults will not abandon them.
Ingredients for Cutlets with corn and pepper
- Minced meat - 500 g
- Minced Turkey - 300 g
- Corn - 3 tbsp.
- Paprika sweet - 1/2 PCs
- Bread crumbs - 3 tbsp.
- Onion - 1 piece
- Garlic - 1 tooth.
- Ramsons - 1 tbsp
- Dill - 1 tbsp
- Khmeli-suneli - 0.5 tsp.
- Minced meat
- Minced Turkey
- Paprika sweet
- Bread crumbs
Step by step instruction of cooking Cutlets with corn and pepper
Prepare stuffing. For this I mixed the ground Turkey meat and pork. Fry the onion, salt and pepper, sprinkled with Khmeli-suneli, crushed 1 clove of garlic, dill and wild garlic.
For softness I added 3 tbsp of breadcrumbs.
Half sweet red pepper cut small cubes and together with the corn /I have ready from the jar/ added to the mince.
Made small patties and quick fry them in a skillet over high heat. Put patties on a baking tray lined with baking paper, and brought to readiness in the oven at t 170 degrees for 15 minutes.
