Terrine - a dish of France, is made from just meat and poultry, vegetable and fish, and eat fruit... I have a much more prosaic need to release the freezer, to prepare for new blanks... got a couple of pike and a package of mushrooms, had to be like that it all comes together, then I remembered the terrine... half an hour of work and hours of waiting... What flavor, the smell... and taste...
