- Potatoes - 3 PCs
- Mushrooms - 200 g
- Red onion - 1 piece
- Walnuts - to taste
- Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp.
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
- Starch - 1 tsp.
- Flour - 2 tbsp
- Dill - to taste
Step by step instruction of cooking Pancakes with mushrooms and nuts
The mushrooms and onions to slice. Fry until cooked in vegetable oil TM Oleyna (10-15 minutes).
Peel the potatoes and grate on a small grater, to wring out, to avoid excess fluid.
To the potatoes add fried mushrooms with onions.
And finely chopped walnuts.
Add dill, salt and pepper to taste. Add starch and flour. Mix well.
