Caviar from mushrooms

Last fall we were pleased with the abundance of mushrooms. I marinated, and dried, and frozen, and salted... When the time came again, already did not know what to do with them. So I decided to stock up on caviar. Very convenient in winter opened a jar and even eat with a spoon, though the dumplings do, though pancakes partirai... Everything depends on your imagination where to use such a treat.
