Bran pour boiled water and leave for 15 minutes to swell.
Boil potatoes in salted water.
Add the soaked bran and 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil. Mix well.
To form cutlets and to fully roll in the bran.
In a pan pour 1 tbsp. spoon vegetable oil and fry patties until Golden brown on both sides.
Serve with fresh cucumber.
