Step by step instruction of cooking Thick pear pancakes
Beat egg with sugar. Pour oil and yogurt. Pour soda and a little bit of everything to blend.
Add the flour and beat. Pear peel and core. Blend them with a blender and add to the dough. With a spatula carefully mix the dough.
Silicone brush to grease the pan and in the center of the pan pour a ladle of dough. Fry the pancakes on medium-high heat on both sides. Ready pancakes serve with jam or honey, sour cream or condensed milk.
