Ingredients for Carp with caviar baked
- Carp - 2 kg
- Caviar - 150 g
- Semolina - 5 tbsp
- Chicken egg - 1 piece
- Flour - 4 tbsp
- Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp
- Onion - 2 PCs
- Salt - 2 tsp.
Step by step instruction of cooking Carp with caviar baked
Prepare the products. Clean and wash the fish.
In a Cup put the fish. Add the egg, salt and 3 tbsp of Semolina TM "Mistral".
Mix well. Leave for 10 minutes.
Cut the greens.
Prepare the batter : mix the flour, salt and 2 tablespoons of Semolina.
Form for baking grease with vegetable oil.
Each cleaned and well rinsed fish, dip them in the prepared dry mixture.
Spread in a baking pan belly up.
In the abdomen of each fish, put 1-2 tbsp caviar-semolina mass.
And a pinch of chopped greens.
Fill with stuffing all the fish in the form. Around the fish put chopped onion.
Cover form foil. Put in preheated oven.
Bake for 40 minutes at 160-180 degrees. Then remove foil and bake another 20 minutes.
Served with greens.
