Delicious, unusual cake.
Ingredients for Cake "Chocolate snail"
- Egg white - 3 PCs
- Yolk egg - 4 PCs
- Sugar - 80 g
- Flour - 3 tbsp.
- Starch - 1 tbsp
- Leavening agent - 1 tsp.
- Cream - 450 g
- Powdered sugar - 2 tbsp
- Dark chocolate - 100 g
Step by step instruction of cooking Cake "Chocolate snail"
Beat the yolks white with the sugar, add the sifted flour, starch and baking powder. Separately vzbit proteins in the persistent foam and gently stir them into the egg yolks.
The prepared mixture is spread on oiled sheet of parchment and bake in a hot oven for 10-12 min at a temperature of 180 deg.
