Cook me humble, as well as photographer))) So my husband often buys me a pamphlet with recipes. This soup was from one such pamphlet "the Secrets of home cooking". Soup is easy to prepare and ingredients are minimal, and the taste is very even. Similar recipes, probably a lot, but I haven't found.
Ingredients for Onion soup
- Broth - 4 Stak.
- Onion - 8 PCs
- Butter - 1 tbsp
- Sour cream - to taste
- Milk - 2 tbsp
- Flour - 1 tsp.
- Salt - to taste
- Pepper white - to taste
- Sugar - to taste
- Dill - to taste
Step by step instruction of cooking Onion soup
To prepare the broth in advance.
Onion peel and cut polukoltsami medium thickness.
